Kinda sounds like a axel if going slow or torsion bar mount if going over bumps. But more detailed info would help.

hmmm. I usually don't pay much attention to it much but the only time i really "notice" it is when i'm doing a slow turn over bumps, going up a hill. hahaha crap, that doesn't help. I'll go for a drive tomorrow.

check your torsion bar mounts , they are always good for loud clunks when turning.

don't mean to sound like a noob but do the torsion bar mounts just come loose? I know what they are and how they work but this is the first encounter i've had with torsion bars.

Re: clunking when turning right.....

its rubber somehow magically bonded to metal and after years they seperate allowing the torsion bar crossmember to move up and down and hit the frame.

so no, if they are bad there is no fix but t replace them. its been so long i dont rememeber what they cost but they are cheap.
