I'm in the process of repainting my (grey) cladding. There a bunch of "spider web" type flaws that I thought were in the paint, but are still pretty noticable after sanding. Is there a filler I can apply that will stick to the cladding to try to smooth these out? Also, is there a primer coat recommended prior to painting? Thanks, Cornell in Phx.
