I had this happen on both front rims. Took forever to get bolts out. I went and got some allen head bolts, so I don't have to mess with it ever agian.

If you can get them out, you might even be able to get a replacement set through McGard(?) for free.

If you decide to replace them, be sure to remove them yourself in the future, anytime you might take your truck in where they need to pull off the wheels.

Sounds like time for an easy out :-? . If you try to get another set through McGard, the part number is #03717. DO NOT go to a "stealership" for these as they will gladly charge you almost $100 for a set  ! If you opt to go the unsecured route after you get them out, the thread for the center cap bolt is M10-1.50X30mm. HTH's

i thought about using an easy-out on mine but opted to drill them out instead. i center punched the head of the bolt first, started with a small bit then worked my way up. you won't have to drill too deep either. the head of the bolt will come off and so then will the cap. i was carefull not to drill into the cap itself. then you can remove the rest of the bolt with pliers or vise grips if need be.

FYI, McGard will send you warranty replacement bolts and key if you send your scraps back to them. I'll see if Twins can post their 800 number, as he just did this a couple months ago...
