Building and AWD blazer, t-case adn diff q's

Im getting ready to build an AWD turbo v8 blazer. Ive never driven a ty or sy, but i know on the safaris and astro awd's the front end will hop on tight turns like a truck in 4wd. do syty's do the same? im trying to find out if i need to get a transfer case an front diff specificaly out of a sy or ty, or if the parts from a more readily available junker would work. last, how much horsepower can the stock t-case and front diff handle, and where do i look to beef them up? thanx

I never notice any wheel hop on my Ty. I would use the Transfer case out of a Bravada.

As for the transfer case strength, people go 9s with them.
