TURBO TY

i am going to run a turbonetics godzilla bov on my truck. i will have a flange welded to my throttle body tube, before the intercooler. that way i can tweak it if needed and not to mention that it is anodized red and will look bad ass,

i think the best location would be after the intercooler and about 12" before the throttle body.
easy to see and functions better imho
a good one to get is a greddy type s

I'm thinking velocity wise, it would be better near the intake, after the intercooler.
A percentage of the air mass would still be in motion and under pressure up to the BOV and might help repressurizing the intake when you are "on it" immeditley after.

As opposed to dead air or slowly moving air from the where the BOV is located on the intake plumming to the throttle body, in a set up where the BOV is further away.

"A mass at rest tends to stay at rest. and a mass in motion tends to stay in motion"

thinking out loud
Ive seen some BOVs mounted right on the intake. This might allow the whole mass of air from the turbo to the intake to stay in motion and repressurize the intake in slightly less time when the BOV is eventually closed. A problem being, if the BOV where to malfunction or just a small leak, under closed throttle or part throttle (high vaccum) it could mess up idle quality or worse your AF ratio
