Awd still not working

So i replaced the VC and put all new bearings in the transfer case but when i put it all back together and brought it for a test drive she still burns out like a bad ass two wheel drive S-10

As for the TC It all looked good when i took it apart and looked new when i put it together

I also checked the prop shaft that is good and the front diff is good or at least seems to be

also re tested the VC which is brand new and it seems to lock up like the old one did and when i let the pressure off of it it seems to go backwards a little

Does anyone have any ideas or other things i should be looking for befor i go crazy and stick the truck i time out in the corner of my garage till next summer

Also want to add that with the truck up in the air all 4 spin in drive so the AWD is doing something but it is just not doing what is should be doing

I just tried all that and the front end seems fine and it pulls the truck back and foward with the rears in the air
