Oh no, you can't fix that. I'll take it off your hands for you :D
Just kidding....I'm sure if you find someone that can weld aluminum, they can fix it for you. Take it to a radiator shop and see what they can do. How did it crack? I've heard places have a hard time aquiring those things anymore. There's a place on the internet that sells aluminum rods too that you are supposed to be able to use a regular propane bottle to work with. Here's their link: http://durafix.com/?go2
Best of luck!! Once you get it repaired, make sure you support it good. I've heard from other owners that the actual install kit for the big intercooler sucks. You may have to fab something up so it won't crack again next to the weld.

hey rick,
whats the latest on the motor?

You know, I have been so let down by what happened that I haven't even touched it.
All I need to do is disconnect the tranny and pull it out. I just need someone to light a fire under my arse.

Thanks Blake.
I had it mounted well. I think that the 2 brackets that were holding it were pulling against each other and the small bracket on the bottom lost the battle.

If it's repairable it will be up for sale at a good price or else someone could make me an offer as is.

Hi Rick, several LIST members have recommened 2-Ton Clear Epoxy for their leaky IC's, and with success.
