I purchased the Datamaster software and cable package from Andrew www.akmcables.com and ran into some issues connecting it to my truck. The issues were NOT cable nor software related. It ended up being a conflict with other items running on my laptop that prevented the program from communicating properly with Datamaster.
Point being is that Andrew was so AWESOME at helping me out and getting the software up and running that I wanted others to know about my experience. Between emails and phone calls, he was able get me going and totally stood behind the products he sold.
Just wanted to give him an A++ for his help!:tup:
