cruising late night, going down your average road, notice some altezza tail lights, and give a little chase.

Well we catch up, hes one lane to the right, im slowly sneakin up on him.

Well, hes on his cell phone... he abruptly ends his call, throws down the cell phone, and looks over at us. After a second of evaluating the sy, he looks fowrard. Im guessing its on.

And it is... he proceedes to flip a switch and drop his accord ON THE GROUND. At this point he's dragging frame at 50mph next to me. I couldnt beleive it for a sec, then I busted out laughing as he slammed it into gear and cuts me off. In an attempt to.... I donno damage my truck with the stuff flying off his undercarage?

He continues to romp on it and go off in the distance... laughed my ass off for a good 10 minutes.

I guess I got owned. :(

Well if he cuts you off then you can't do the ricer flyby.

I don't think he wanted to race as much as he wanted you to know hes baggin'.

Too bad the next light wasn't red so you could show him your tricks.

haha, I wasnt about to waste burning up the oxygen he needs to fill his bags for showing off. After his display of 'superiority' I didnt feel that I had to do anything to impress this kid.

I just was thinking how stupid I was to want my S10 blazer done like that. Man I am glad I invested my money wisely with a Ty purchase.

Wait till one of those bags or its air supply systems fail then he'll be hate'n life...

Short story time...

They have a local "cruise night" every 4th of July here and some kid in a bagged, winged, neoned, fart canned, import was doing the ghetto pose all evening till his front bag system failed right in front of Ms myclone and I. Everyone had been laughing at him all along but when this happened he was now blocking one lane of the cruise traffic since the car was now sitting on the frame/front x member keeping him from moving. Now THAT was entertaining watching some poor kid who prolly saved for months to buy the system and have it put on only to have said "quality" components let him down (literally) in front of all the local ricers/car guys.

We left when the roll back came to get him... I shoulda stayed to watch the carnage as the "Bubba" looking wrecker driver dragged his now NO ground clearance having fast and the delirious mobile onto the roll back with what I would guess would be the utmost care   ......but... Ms myclone didnt feel well so we called it a night.

Back to your regularly scheduled thread.

Crew chief of "Team Food Stamp Racings" question of the day

If "pro" is the opposite of "con" then isnt it interesting that the opposite of progress is spelled congress?

We better watch out boys, Myclone is getting political on us

I am doing the Air Ride Technologies SockWave 9000's with a custom 4 link and a Moser 12 Bolt in the rear of my 92 Typhoon. I figured it would launch like there is no tomorrow. I am working with one of the reps to try and utilize the stock load leveling controler for this application. I will have it set up with gel filled bump stops so it wont get to close to the ground even without any air. I dont think the frame scaping is cool, then again it isnt my generation doing it.
