A Kill in Denver

The details are sketchy at best. A "White?" Syclone in Denver at about 4am last saturday was being raced by a kid from Rapid City. Don't know what highway it was. Its a story my son told me today. As it turns out, the kid had a Black Merkur XR4ti with a supra turbo motor. I dont know what year but he came home defeated. He got smoked and vows for revenge. He said it was a long race and he was gaining on the Syclone...sure. I dont know if its anybody's Syclone here but I thought I would share the story anyway. Once he gets it "tuned" he's going back to look for him. I pick up my son from school in my Typhoon and its quite the talk there. Its funny, no one will race me here but they'll try their luck out of town. Its okay though, I'm not representing Typhoons right now with an exhaust leak and ignition woes.

I actually received a call from a guy who was looking at my truck on ebay who called asking about "the Typhoon had for sale". WTF?

There are a couple Syclones out here so I gave it the benefit of the doubt. I too questioned the "white" syclone story but thought there might be one out there. He said it had the ground effects and it looked like my Typhoon but it was a Syclone. Well if it wasnt a Syclone, he may need to do more than just tune his car.....

Ive seen an all white sonoma Gt rolling around in thornton....Could easily be mistakin..

Thats what I was thinkin too, Sonoma GT maybe. But he must have some work into it.

I am unaware of a white SoGT up here, but it could exist. Are you sure he knows the difference between a SyTy and an Xtreme?
