My friend owns a 91 thunderbird w/ dynomax exhuast (not sure if he said if it was an sc or not but its a nice car) and just installed a manual conversion on it. I own a 96 jimmy with exhuast and K&N air filter. We raced one time at a stop light with some loose gravel on the road so i spun alot off the light. We wound up staying neck and neck except when he switch gears he would fall behind then catch back up.Then we raced at another light with no gravel or anything on the road and i didn't spin off the light and i beat him by about a car lenth or 1 1/2. I thought i was going to loose because it was a V8 but i did suprisingly well with the 4.3 V6.
