It should. Provided the transfer case is for an automatic as I am not sure what size the output shafts were for manuals.
You should also be concerned about how much the transfer case is clocked if you use a 4x4 T-case. These may not have the same mounting points as the BW4472.
You may get by if you experiment with different trans tail pieces.

I still have my stock 4x4 T-case mounted to my old 700-R4. What specifically do you need to check? If need be I can take a run to my brother's shop this weekend and try to get some measurements for you. Just let me know.

I'm really just wanting to know that shafts will actually fit. I am not using a 4x4 case but I am looking at a shaft from a company that seems might hold up if the spline count is right. It is made for 4l80e swaps but to 4x4 T-cases. So I am looking at the length of this shaft and making sure it's the right size.
