It has been eluded to in other threads, etc. After getting home at 1:30 last night with just about all the last pieces complete I figured be good time to start a new thread.
So as of this morning at 9:35 EST, 5/16/05
Trannsmission is in, complete with custom billet convertor. Everything is hooked up, including the new crossmember using the original Phil safety loop, drivelines, dipstick, tranny lines, speed sensor, etc.
It has been a busy last 4 weeks rounding up everything to get this thing done. My body is definetly feeling it. I gotta get the tranny computer fully figured out and make sure it is awake and talking before we try and start the truck and drive it. Finally gave up last night at 1am, deciding another day would be better.
If all goes as planned, this truck will be driven, to, from nats. So far aside from just time to get things figured out it has gone smooth.
