John Waller says that the hose that apparantly is cut on my Ty goes to the differential. It's a vent. Where does it go? I can't find it? Do i really need it? What is it's function? Is there anything that John doesn't know? I cannot stump him! :D

top of diff. damn near impossible to reach and see without taking shit apart. left mine off by accident when i put motor in ty and watched for leaks etc. all this summer, so far nothin. if i ever get access to it doin somethin else i guess i'll put it back on, till then, better things to do.

you really need to get that hose on there. it could let water into your front diff if you drive it in the rain. if you get the truck up onto some jacks stands or take it to a shop so you can get it really high. you can reach it. it's on the very top of the front diff. and its inbetween the frame and oil pan area.

maybe if you hit a 3 ft deep puddle, or parked in one, that thing is so tucked in and surrounded, that last of my worries is any water getting in it.
PS tried getting it really hi, and reaching it, no way jose. couldn't even get my dick in there and it's only 2 inches..................................wide.
