Transfer case spacer dimensions needed

I am in need of the dimensions including OD, ID, thickness of the spacer that fits next to the the gear inside the transfer case where the chain wraps around. I lost my old damaged one and the new one I ordered appears to be the wrong size.

Any help appreciated.

Thanks.

are you referring to the spacer on the front output shaft?
i just put mine back together, but from what i remember the spacer is about a half inch wide and about 3/16" thick. the inside diameter should just be a tad bigger than the shaft. dont use these measurements if you are planning on machining one. i'm just guessing. :)

Turns out the spacer I got from a local driveline shop is way to big. Got the right part and have no problems putting the case back together.

Thanks for the info.
