Well, like an idiot I decided that while I had my tranny out I would fix the leak on the transfer case. So I Unbolt the 11 bolts and clean off the old black rtv seal. Then I try to put it back together and it laughs at me as it spits in my face.
I am sure that everything is in place, but getting the gears lined up to reassemble is the problem. I have tried 100 times to no avail.
Can anyone give me any tips on how to reassemble PLEASE?
