Tranny Pans

I was wondering if there is a difference between the 700R4 and 4L60E tranny pans, i thought they were esentially the same tranny, ive been looking for a deep tranny pan and found a nice one for a 4L60E and nothing but cheap shit looking ones for a 700R4 (mine is out of a 91 TA). Thanks for teh help.

AFAIK the pans are the same but the filters are different because the difference in the valve bodies. Anyway you'll need a long neck filter with the deep pan.

It fits without any trimming required to the pan or the TC inspection cover.

I did need to mod the shifter cable mounting bracket.
