does the stock converter have 2 distinct dianeters? The section attached to the flex plate is smaller in diameter than the part in the trans.

if thats the case thats not the stock convertor , sure its not the other way around .small section fowrard - them a bigger back section . and if it is then u most likely have an 9/11 convertor .or simular

it is like i described. flex plate side has a smaller diameter. It isn't but 3/8" - 1/2" total differance in diameter.

its stock. I found the gm sticker when I removed the engine. Thanks
