Need some help with reading data in Tuner Pro RT 5

I have a some questions for you guys familiar with this stuff.

-Are transient injector duty spikes normal? Like the 4 in the image below?

Don't know what is going on with the injector DC reading. But I guess that you can see a few things that you do need to look into . The TPS is only reading 91%. I would guess that you stepped on the throttle to the floor by looking at the graph. It could be something as simple as the floor mat under the pedal. Your desired PSI and the actual PSI looks to be around 2 PSI different. And of course the good old knock retard. That is always fun to try and correct.
