help i need some engine help

ok, i was driving the other day in my ty and i threw the middle two connecting rods through the side of the oil pan. im almost done pulling the engine. as of now i tihnk the block is ok but if it is not then i will be looking for one if anybody has one or a complete engine up for sale.
since i am going to have the engine apart to rebuild i has some questions on parts to buy
pistons?
rods?
heads? should i get them re-valved and ported or go vortecs?
cam? what kind?
rocker arms? 1.5? 1.6?
i am going to keep the stock manifolds and turbo so i just wanted to see what kinda of things i should replace- also would it just be better to leave it all stock?
i have read numerous syty rebuilds and was seeing what you guys think would work out for me. BTW i dont have an unlimited budget so what would be the best bang for the buck?

For a budget build I'd use L35 heads and rods,forged pistons,and keep everything else stock. Now would be a good time to upgrade the fuel pump and add an adjustable fuel pressure regulator and an Ultimate chip. Datamaster time for sure if you don't have it yet.

on the ult. chip what is the things other than the chip needed to make it work right? and where can i get that
