Grease removal

There is a few spots were the grease it caked on the frame, I have read several post about Simple Green as being good for grease removal.

The problem is that my he truck is in the garage with the spindles off and cant be moved outside. So I wont be able to use a water hose.

Hoping someone can help me with a good technique to use in this situation.

paint scraper to remove the heavy stuff, thinner will take it to bare metal
